I am an independent software developer, wannabe entrepreneur, Web standards evangalist and most of all, seeker of the open standards based technology philosophy.

From 1999 I worked as an independent contractor developing software and designing system architecture. I have wide experience in software development, with Oracle PL/SQL / XMLDB, XML, XSD, XSLT, CSS, C# , VB.NET; web development with Oracle Apex, PHP/MySQL/Javascript, CSS, XHTML  and various Web-2.0 technologies, some graphic design, Oracle DBA, UNIX/Linux administration.

I write software primary for Oracle Internet environments and have worked as a software architect and developer with companies including SEPA, Scottish Enterprise, Shinetsu and other Public Sector service industries.
